Planting the Seeds

As spring approaches, what seeds are you wanting to plant?

What are you wanting to cultivate?

Whether that is fruit, vegetables, your deepest desires

You get to choose and plant all things that bring you pleasure and excitement

Holding space for the seeds to move from dormancy to germination

For your desires to move from an idea to physical reality

Being buried in the fertile soil

The seed begins to sprout and root

Nourished and nurtured with your loving care and attention

With curiosity - Any changes today? Have they popped out of the soil yet?

With wonder - Which ones are ready to grow? Which ones will end up being food for those that tend the soil?

With play - talking to them, encouraging them, nurturing them

With love - letting them know they are cared for and supported

In their own time, they start to break through the soil

From the darkness and the void into the sunshine and growth

Facing the fears of being eaten, stepped on, dug up, not watered

You celebrate them for their journey so far

For their vulnerability in showing themselves to the world

Facing fears of the unknown

Consciously tending to your seeds and desires as they grow

Watching all the evolutions of from seed to flower and/or fruit

A feeling of pleasure and excitement

Learning and mistakes made

Doubts and fears

The continued cycle of life and death

What desires are you growing and cultivating in the garden of your life?

The ones you're not sure are going to break through the soil

The desires you fear may not make it to fruit/flower

The ones you are fully dropped into having right now
