As you walk the Beach

The ocean ebbs and flows

Caressing, licking,

Crashing, washing away

What does the Ocean say to you

As you journey the Beach?

Do you wade in the ebbing and flowing?

Do you stay on the dry beach?

Do you drop fully in and swim with the Ocean?

No matter your journey

You arrive at a cave

The Cave of Soul

What do you touch?

What feelings and sensations arise in your body?

What sounds do you hear?

What taste is in your mouth?

What smells fill your nose?

What is this Cave here to show you?

How deep do you travel into your Cave?

Where does your Cave take you?

Maybe it’s the same place each time you visit

Maybe it’s different

Just noticing

What is here for you?

My Cave goes deep

Sometimes to where the lava flows

I follow the path of the lava

And find myself within a Volcano

I sit deep within this Volcano

Feeling the Power

Noticing the Heat

Observing the destruction and creation

Witnessing the melting down and building up

Experiencing the ruptures, explosions

The ease of the lava flowing wherever it desires

As you drop into your Volcano
